Affiliate vertical — Real estate & property

Real Estate Publishers

An estimated ~2,100,000 domains sit in the real-estate category of our 120M+ classification database — home-buying blogs, mortgage and refinance guides, landlord and rental sites, relocation resources, interior and reno creators, and real-estate investing communities. We screen each against your advertiser ICP and return the publishers worth recruiting, deduplicated to one row per site. That figure is an estimate for framing; your pilot returns the measured count.

Who recruits in this vertical — and what they screen for

Real-estate advertisers each chase a reader at a different point of a high-value decision: a first-time buyer, a refinancer, a landlord, an investor. Each ICP is a precise set of required, preferred and disqualifying signals a full run is screened against.

Mortgage & refinance lenders

Lenders recruit publishers whose readers are actively financing a home: rate explainers, first-time-buyer guides and refinance-timing content. They screen for genuine mortgage education and a decision-stage audience, not property listings.

Requires: mortgage / financing content · buyer-facing voice · fresh content
Prefers: tools / calculators · affiliate ready · newsletter
Never: is a lender / broker itself
Property listing portals & iBuyers

Listing and instant-offer platforms want publishers who catch readers choosing where and how to buy or sell: neighborhood guides, market-trend posts and "sell your home" walkthroughs. Local depth and buyer intent are the tells.

Requires: home-buying / selling guides · market or neighborhood focus
Prefers: personal voice · comparison content · fresh content
Never: is a listing portal itself · MLS scraper
Landlord & rental-tech SaaS

Property-management and rental tools recruit publishers read by landlords and small investors: tenant-screening advice, lease guides and rental-income breakdowns. They screen for an owner-side audience, not renters.

Requires: landlord / rental-management content · owner-side audience
Prefers: tools / calculators · affiliate ready · niche focus
Never: renter-only tips
Real-estate investing platforms

REIT and fractional-investing platforms want creators embedded in the investing community: cash-flow analyses, BRRRR and REIT breakdowns, and portfolio updates. Analytical depth and engaged followers convert their audience.

Requires: investing analysis · niche focus · audience engagement
Prefers: tools / calculators · newsletter · affiliate ready
Never: get-rich-quick / unlicensed advice

Screening fields specific to real-estate publishers

On top of the shared 20-signal vocabulary, this vertical is read against fields built for how property content behaves. Every field is extracted from what the site publishes and shipped with its own confidence score.

Home-buying / selling guides Mortgage / financing content Landlord / rental management Investing analysis Local / market focus Interior / renovation angle Calculators & tools Individual / creator voice Affiliate links present Is a brokerage / portal (disqualifier)

Need a field that isn't here — "commercial real estate only", "targets a single metro"? Custom signals are defined per engagement and calibrated on your reviewed sample.

An illustrative full run

From the whole vertical to a recruitment list

The funnel below is illustrative, shaped like the shrinkage a real run shows: a large category narrows to genuine publishers, then to the subset that clears one advertiser's ICP. Every number here is an estimate for shape — your pilot replaces them with measured counts.

Case-study basis for the method: a large-scale production run on our own classification platform had 30M source domains narrowed to 1.73M travel-related, 1.2M ICP-screened, at ~96% precision on their sample review. Real-estate figures above are estimates, not measured.

Why full-web

Full-web discovery vs. an affiliate marketplace

Networks show you only the property publishers who already enrolled. The independent mortgage bloggers, local market writers and investing creators your competitors haven't signed never surface there.

The deliverable

What you get on every real-estate publisher

The output is a deduplicated CSV, one row per canonical domain, importable into any partner CRM. Every publisher arrives with the same structured profile — not a bare URL you still have to research.

Identity

Canonical domain, site name, detected language and geo focus, after mirrors and country variants collapse to a single row.

ICP verdict

Fit result and fit score, computed from your required, preferred and disqualifying signals — not guessed from a keyword match.

Per-field confidence

Every property field — mortgage content, investing analysis, local focus — carries its own confidence score, so you can slice by certainty.

Monetization & reach

Affiliate-link and display-ad signals, newsletter and social presence, plus reproducible traffic proxies — never invented visitor counts.

Common false positives we remove: brokerages and agent sites, MLS-scraping listing portals, get-rich-quick investing pitches, and thin lead-gen pages with no real content. Each is caught by a disqualifying signal rather than left for your team to weed out by hand.
Questions

Real-estate vertical — FAQ

Where does the ~2.1M real-estate figure come from?
It is an estimate of how many domains fall in the real-estate category of our 120M+ classification database, shown to frame the opportunity. The exact, measured count for your defined scope is produced by the pilot run — not before.
Do you exclude brokerages and listing portals?
By default, yes. "Is a brokerage / portal" is a disqualifying signal for most ICPs here, so agencies, MLS scrapers and listing platforms are structurally removed — they are competitors, not publishers. If your program wants agent partners, we flip that signal for your engagement.
Can you target a specific metro or region?
Yes. Local / market focus and geo focus are screened fields, so a run can surface publishers writing about a single city or state. This is set when we define your scope before the run.
How do you separate buyers, landlords and investors?
Each has its own screened field — buying guides, landlord content, investing analysis — so a mortgage lender and a rental-tech SaaS get different lists from the same universe. You do not have to sort the audience type by hand.
What does the free pilot deliver?
The full pipeline is configured for your ICP and stopped at the first 20 qualified real-estate publisher domains — free — plus a projection of the complete run's yield and a quote. You review the actual domains with every signal before committing to anything.
